The real estate arm of JPS Marselis
JPS Properties is the real estate arm of JPS Marselis—an owner-managed group rooted in Jutland, with a strong culture built on integrity, personal attention, and responsibility. Our approach to property development and operations is based on a shared principle that has guided us since the 1980s:

How JPS Properties is organised
JPS Properties is the umbrella term for our real estate activities.
The structure comprises one jointly owned company—JPS Germa A/S—and three property companies, each owned and led by one of the group’s owners.
All companies share the same values and long-term approach, creating a clear and consistent standard for how we own, develop, and operate properties.
This means ownership and decisions rest with each individual owner, while our core principles and quality standards are shared across the group—as they have been for more than 40 years.

Our approach
For both JPS Germa and our three owner-led property companies, we acquire and develop properties with a clear purpose: to create value for our tenants, our partners, and the local communities we are part of.
In practice, that means:
- maintenance and refurbishment are treated as investments, not costs
- tenants should experience safety, accessibility, and professional solutions
- our properties must meet high standards—in operations, materials, and overall experience
This approach has made us a stable, reliable player in several of Denmark’s larger cities, where we continually develop, improve, and invest in our portfolios.

Responsible, engaged caretakers/superintendents, administrators, and finance staff with a strong sense of ownership
Ongoing owner follow-up on rentals and deviations
Monthly reporting with estimates
Dansk Administrationscenter A/S – our shared administration
All day-to-day administration of the properties is handled by Dansk Administrationscenter A/S (DAC), which is also part of JPS Marselis.
DAC handles, among other things:
- tenant relations and leasing
- accounting and financial management
- operations and maintenance
- administration across all property companies
DAC is our shared backbone, ensuring operations that are efficient, attentive, and professional at every level.
Nordic Hotel Group
In addition to our properties, JPS Marselis holds a minority shareholding in Nordic Hotel Group, which is therefore also part of JPS Properties. Nordic Hotel Group operates Nordic-inspired boutique hotels in Nigeria.
The company works by the same values as the rest of the JPS Marselis group—integrity, personal attention, and responsibility—translated into a hotel experience where quality, hospitality, and service go hand in hand.
The hotel group creates safe, welcoming environments for both local and international guests and focuses on service and operations at a level that reflects the Nordic approach to professionalism and integrity.
