Dansk Administrationscenter

Dansk Administrationscenter (DAC) manages both our own properties and a number of external customers’ properties – both private customers, housing cooperatives and property owners association. They have the daily contact with the tenants – in close cooperation with the caretakers – and are responsible for all the administrative tasks that come with a property.

JPS founded Dansk Administrationscenter A/S in 2000, where JPS Ejendomme of course was the first customer. With more than 20 years of experience, DAC is today a recognized property administration company, known for its high level and its down-to-earth approach to customers and tenants.

We share an office and employees with DAC, and we are generally closely connected in everyday life.
