Dansk Administrationscenter

Dansk Administrationscenter (DAC) manages both our own properties and a number of external customers’ properties – both private customers, housing cooperatives and property owners association. They work closely with property managers and letting consultants, and are in daily contact with residents. They are responsible for all administrative tasks associated with a property.

JPS founded Dansk Administrationscenter A/S in 2000, where JPS Ejendomme of course was the first customer. With more than 20 years of experience, DAC is today a recognized property administration company, known for its high level and its down-to-earth approach to customers and tenants.

We share an office and employees with DAC, and we are generally closely connected in everyday life.
